We’re delighted to announce that Ryan Keating has joined the club as our new Senior Men’s Head Coach! Ryan brings a wealth of experience across multiple sports, with an extensive background in Strength & Conditioning and a PhD in Sports Science.
Success again in a cup final, this time for the men! Our 1st XV were crowned McCrea Cup winners at Affidea Stadium, defeating Larne RFC 29-13
Our Women's team rounded off a successful 10th anniversary with a hard fought win in the Suzanne Fleming Shield final against a tough Carrick side.
