Purpose Of This App

Randalstown RFC uses this internal admin app to manage public website content, send subscriber updates, and schedule club livestreams on YouTube.

These tools are used only by authorized club administrators and are not intended for general public sign-in or consumer use.

Google And YouTube Integration

The livestream scheduling tool connects to a club-controlled Google account using Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. This allows authorized admins to create, schedule, and remove livestream broadcasts for the club's YouTube presence.

The app requests access only to the Google account and YouTube permissions required to manage livestream broadcasts on behalf of the club.

How Google User Data Is Used

When an authorized admin connects a club Google account, the app may access basic account identity information and YouTube channel information needed to confirm which club channel is connected.

OAuth tokens are stored securely on the server and are used only for requested livestream management actions such as creating broadcasts, binding streams, and deleting scheduled livestreams.

Google user data obtained through these APIs is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used for unrelated analytics or profiling.

Who Can Use It

Only approved Randalstown RFC administrators can access the admin area and use these tools. General site visitors do not use the Google-connected functionality.
